Also you never know what could be in this year’s Silent Auction.

We established The Hendricks Hope Foundation, named after HL4K founder Mia Hendricks, in August of 2010 with the goal of helping Hays county youth achieve their educational goals.

To launch this [...]]]> Hope & Love 4 Kids (HL4K) is proud to announce the expansion of our programming to include financial assistance for those seeking to further their education. We established The Hendricks Hope Foundation, named after HL4K founder Mia Hendricks, in August of 2010 with the goal of helping Hays county youth achieve their educational goals.

To launch this exciting new program, we will be awarding two $500 scholarships in May for the 2011-12 school year:

*The Hope & Love Scholarship will be awarded to a HL4K volunteer.

*The Hendricks Hope Scholarship will be awarded to a student seeking financial assistance to further their education.

Please note that we are not restricting eligibility to college bound students. Hays county residents, age 25 or under, seeking to learn a trade, vocational or technical skill set at an accredited institution may apply.
